Welcome Northshore SHRM Members and Guests,

NSHRM is a local chapter and recognized affiliate of the International Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).   Together, we are able to provide local HR practitioners with valuable ongoing education and networking opportunities for members. 

NSHRM’s local chapter goal is to create a community of people working together to develop and grow each of our personal and professional teams.   We strive to make our meetings both SHRM and HCRI certified with engaging and educational topics.  

We know the function of HR wears many hats.   HR may not always be in your title.   We welcome every title from CHRO to Office Manager, with the goal of creating a community that is encouraged to engage, share experiences, and create positive solutions.  

Our meetings focus on bringing you topics that relate to the challenges you face, ever evolving legislative affairs, and your professional development.   We aren’t all business!  We love to have fun and create lifetime relationships.  We hope you will join us!  Drop in on one of our monthly meetings or happy hours.  Please see our membership page for information about joining our chapter.
