Northshore SHRM is the local affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management servicing Human Resource professionals on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain in southeast Louisiana.  NSHRM meetings provide our more than 170-chapter members with opportunities to earn SHRM Certification and HR Institute recertification credits and to network with other local professionals. Sponsoring a Northshore Society of Human Resource Management meeting is an ideal opportunity for your company to introduce your product or service to a group of several local HR professionals in a receptive environment.

Sponsorships Include:

• Logo and acknowledgement on email meeting notices (logo must be in jpeg format not larger than 150kb)

• Logo and/or company name contact information listed on NSHRM website for month of sponsorship and electronic newsletter in conjunction with monthly meeting information
• Table for displaying promotional materials in the room as requested 

• President of chapter introduces company and representative at beginning of meeting

• Sponsor is given 5 minutes to speak at the beginning of the meeting
• Opportunity to place promotional materials at each setting in the room prior to the meeting
  
• Sponsors are able to provide a door prize for a raffle that members may to elect to participate in by sharing their business card or contact information for marketing purposes
• Thank you to our sponsor by the President or designated Board member at the end of the meeting

• Meeting registration with meal for up to two (2) company representatives

Sponsorships are awarded by the NSHRM Board on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the Sponsorship Form and full payment.  Completed Sponsorship form, payment and logos must be received by NSHRM three (3) weeks in advance of the sponsored meeting for inclusion on promotional emails
